My role at this site was to coordinate the project through permitting and documentation, while managing consultant teams and ensuring their work was fully integrated into the architectural design. My responsibilities included managing the permitting process from initial submittal through stamped plans, coordinating architectural documentation, redlining Junior Designer deliverables, and producing permitting documentation. I also managed consultant contracts, coordinating with structural, MEP, acoustic, and landscape consultants to ensure all systems were thoroughly resolved and integrated with the architectural design. This work was completed in collaboration with Nicole Sugihara, Macintyre Schnell, and Lauren Adams.
