My responsibilities for this project included conducting Due Diligence reports and developing Conceptual Design sketches for client presentations. I designed floor plans, massing, fenestration, and materiality within jurisdictional and client requirements. I utilized Passive House training to design highly efficient envelope and mechanical systems and worked closely with mechanical engineers and greywater consultants to ensure the client’s aesthetic and energy goals were represented. Additionally, I developed architectural documentation, oversaw Junior Designer deliverables, and led client presentations and email communication. This work was completed in collaboration with Jessica Liu, Lauren Adams, and Isabella Borda.
